Paul Willocks

Paul Willocks has lived in the Pacific Northwest for the past 6 years and currently resides in Brush Prairie, WA with his family. He is a member of Columbia River Economic Development Council, Identity Clark County, and serves as Committee Member for Building Industry of Association of Clark County Green Building Council & Government Action Council, and Great Vancouver Chamber of Commerce Public Affairs Committee. Tonya Brumley

Tonya Brumley is a lifelong resident of the Columbia Gorge area and has worked at NW Natural since 1997. Tonya is the contact for civic and nonprofit organizations in the area. Email Tonya.

Cindi Fostveit

Cindi Fostveit served as the North Lincoln Hospital Foundation executive director, and currently sits on the board of directors for the Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce and Angel’s Anonymous. She also has previous experience in construction project coordination. Email Cindi.

Linda Kennedy

Linda Kennedy has worked at NW Natural since 2004 and grew up in North Bend. She helped found the Homebuilders Association and is the current chair. Email Linda.


Bruce Anderson

Bruce Anderson is a native Oregonian who was born and raised in Portland. Bruce previously worked at the Oregon State Capitol in key positions for legislative leadership including Legislative Director for the Speaker of the House. Bruce serves as Cubmaster of his oldest son's Cub Scout Pack and previously chaired the City of Keizer Planning Commission. Email Bruce.

Jon Kloor

Jon Kloor specialized in government relations for the Homebuilders Association of Metropolitan Portland, as well as political campaign management and legislation in Oregon. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA in political science. He is currently a volunteer firefighter and club wrestling coach. Email Jon.
