Qualification criteria for equipment repairs

  • Maintain a contractor’s license for the equipment listed in the state(s) served
  • Must be bonded and maintain liability insurance
  • Must have been in business for at least 5 years, with a dedicated service department
  • Perform all work to code and take out permits as required by code
  • HVAC contractors have NATE-certified service technicians; Fireplace contractors have NFI-certified service technicians
  • Have branded uniforms and operate in a commercially zoned storefront with staff available during normal business hours
  • Must be available to make appointments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Appointments will be made within 24 hours for emergencies, one week for non-emergencies
  • Must arrive to customer appointments on time or call customer in advance to advise of situation
  • Minimally warrant labor for 30 days and honor manufacturers’ warranties on parts
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality assurance ratings on our program
