  1. Simply call Clark County Public Utilities at 1-855-353-HEAT (4328) to find out if you meet the basic requirements for financial assistance with your bill.
  2. If you meet basic requirements, Clark County PUD will set up an appointment to determine all the free services available for your household from state and federal grants and other utility and community assistance programs.
