Interruptible Gas Status
If you buy gas from NW Natural (Sales Service):
During periods when curtailment is necessary, a NW Natural representative will contact individual customers. If you are an Interruptible Gas customer, please make sure you have reviewed the Interruptible status letter, and complete and email the emergency contact form. The specifics regarding the effective time and level of curtailment will be given when the Curtailment Order is issued. If you are an Interruptible gas customer, please make sure you have:
System status: The curtailment that was in effect beginning at 7:00 am of gas day 1/13/2024 will no longer in effect as of 7:00 am of gas day 1/17/2024. The system is OPEN to all Interruptible Sales effective 7:00 am of gas day 1/17/2024.
Transportation Gas Status For those who buy gas from third party suppliers (customers on transportation service) Northwest Pipeline Status: Effective gas day 1/17/2024, Northwest Pipeline is lifting the Stage II (8%) Overrun Entitlement and no entitlement will be in effect until further notice. NW Natural Status: Effective gas day 1/17/2024, Northwest Natural is lifting the Stage II (8%) Overrun Entitlement and no entitlement will be in effect until further notice.
