Interruptible Gas Status If you buy gas from NW Natural (Sales Service): During periods when curtailment is necessary, a NW Natural representative will contact individual customers. If you are an Interruptible Gas customer, please make sure you have reviewed the Interruptible status letter, and complete and email the emergency contact form. The specifics regarding the effective time and level of curtailment will be given when the Curtailment Order is issued.
