The free gas usage information program is being launched with a select group of NW Natural customers to see how giving them more frequent access to natural gas usage information and insights could help save on natural gas bills, increase energy efficiency, and help prepare communities to conserve energy.

Eligible customers who participate in the program will be entered into a drawing for a free natural gas grill. Click here for eligibility and drawing rules.

After the program period, we will evaluate a rollout of the service to customers throughout our service territories.

The Copper Labs App gives you free access to your real-time natural gas usage data. As Copper Labs builds up insights regarding your average usage, you'll be able to see*:

• Hourly usage trends
• Monthly comparisons and personalized mid-month usage forecasts
• Opportunities to set energy reduction goals
• Insights, and alerts about conserving gas

Currently, the program is designed to run through at least the spring of 2024. After the program period, we will evaluate a rollout of the service company wide.
