The Customer Payment Portal provides access to your account activity. Past bills are available to view online starting with October 2019 bills. If you need to view an older bill, please email your request to NW Natural Customer Service or call 800-422-4012 M-F, 7 am to 6 pm PST.
The portal also offers easy online payments and Auto Pay set-up.
