The Customer Payment Portal provides access to your account activity. If you need to view a bill more than 3 years old, please email your request to NW Natural Customer Service or call 800-422-4012, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm PST.
The portal also offers easy online payments and Auto Pay set-up.
