Payment portal: change bank card
Note: if you change your payment method, any Auto Pay schedule that used that method will be modified. After modifying a payment method, please go back to the Auto Pay schedule and confirm your preferred payment method again.
How to update your debit or credit card in the payment portal
Click here to sign into your online account to be directed to the payment portal.
Note: if you are already signed into your online account, you will be taken to the payment portal after clicking above.
To update your debit or credit card in the payment portal:
- Click on "My Wallet"
- Then select "Edit" for the payment method you would like to update
- Enter the information and then click "Confirm"
To cancel your debit or credit card in the payment portal:
- Click on "My Wallet"
- Then select "Edit" for the payment method you would like to update
- Click "Remove Payment Method" and the click "Confirm"
How to add another payment method to your wallet
- After entering the payment portal, click on "My Wallet" in the left-hand navigation. (If you have not already saved a payment method in your wallet, your wallet will display as empty)
- Then click on "Add Payment Method"
- Click on and select from E-Check (direct bank account), Debit, Credit, or Digital Wallets.
E-check
- Select either "Checking" or Savings"
- Input the following items: Routing number, bank account number, Bank Name (this may auto-populate based on the bank information), and the Name on the account.
- When you are done, click "Add" to save the payment method.
Debit or credit card
- Input the following items: card number, expiration date, cardholder name, CVV.
- Read and agree to the Payment Authorization terms by selecting the checkbox.
- When you are done, click "Add" to save the payment method.
Digital Wallets
- For PayPal, select the corresponding button and you will be directed to the third-party website for verification.
- When you are done, click "Add" to save the payment method.
