Follow these steps:

1) Sign in to your account.
2) Go to Account Settings, found under Account & Billing.
3) Select "Online profile" from the list.
4) Use the "Edit Profile" button to change your email address.

Note: You will need to verify the new email address by clicking a link in a verification email before the change will take effect.

Register your new email address and add your gas account after your online account is created. If you can't find your account number, contact us or call 800-422-4012.

Here are some troubleshooting tips:

Check browser settings. If you've recently upgraded your browser or changed your browser security settings, you may need to add our website to your list of trusted sites.

Check cookies. Allow cookies on your browser to enable sign-in.

If you're still having problems, contact us.

To add an account to your existing online account:

1) Sign in to your account

2) Go to Account Settings, found under Account & Billing

3) Select "Add, edit, or remove accounts" from the list. 

4) Use the "Add Account" button to add a gas account to your profile. 

 

First you will delete the old account and then associate the new one with your online profile:

1) Sign in to your account

2) Go to Account Settings, found under Account & Billing

3) Select "Add, edit, or remove accounts" from the list. 

4) Use the "Add Account" button to add a gas account to your profile.

5) Once completed, review the associated gas accounts in the same area and remove the account(s) you no longer manage.
