Participating Retailer invoice credit and rebate applies to residential retrofit only (no new construction, log sets or log lighters) for homeowners in NW Natural Oregon service areas that bring natural gas to their home for the first time and purchase a new qualifying heater-rated natural gas direct-vent fireplace, insert or free standing stove from a NW Natural Fireplace Retailer, and the equipment is installed by the participating retailer. Special conditions apply on multi-family homes (check with your retailer). New customer instant invoice credits are not good with any other promotion such as a natural gas fireplace installation that provides its own incentives. New NW Natural customers will receive a $100 instant invoice credit, courtesy of the participating retailer.
